Consultation for ArcelorMittal (AMTPJ) VMI project in Abu Rudeis

LB Consultant provides Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) consultation to ArcelorMittal for their project with Belayim Petroleum. We supported ArcelorMittal in the tendering process, leading to a successful 2-year contract for supplying and operating OCTG pipes in the Abu Rudeis field.

Post-award, LB helped selecting the project location and designed operational processes for pipe handling. Our VMI expertise ensures seamless supply chain operations, including defining project scope, responsibilities, and operative procedures.

Beyond implementation, our consultants establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tailored to the VMI project, measuring success in terms of cost savings, inventory optimization, and overall supply chain performance.

Monitoring stock levels and demand patterns, it enables proactive decision-making for optimal inventory levels. Taking charge of planning and replenishment, the VMI service center enhances supply chain visibility, reducing stockouts and excess inventory.
